I was the principal UX and Creative Lead for Reef.ai - a customer success AI startup founded in 2020. I established company-wide brand guidelines (including the logo design) and lead the UX / UI and visual design for their initial consumer facing product. I also produced their initial marketing videos and other digital marketing material.
Reef.ai Customer Success Platform
I lead the UX and visual design of the initial Reef.ai consumer product which used AI to help sales professionals optimize their various CS initiatives. I helped refine user workflows and designed the overall user experience of the platform.
Reef.ai Marketing Videos
In addition to providing UX, visual, and branding design, I produced the initial marketing videos for Reef.ai. Being a startup, these videos were made under extremely tight deadlines and with no outside help. I directed, animated, and edited each of the initial marketing videos for Reef.ai.
